Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled. You may cancel at any time from your account settings. No refunds are provided for partial billing periods. Payments are processed securely through Stripe.
Exercise and rehabilitation activities carry inherent risks of injury. By using this App, you acknowledge and assume all risks associated with following any guidance provided. You agree that Own Your Recovery is not liable for any injury, illness, or adverse outcome resulting from your use of the App or implementation of any recommendations.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Own Your Recovery and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the App. Our total liability to you shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

All content, features, and functionality of Own Your Recovery — including the AI prompts, clinical methodology, branding, and code — are owned by Own Your Recovery and protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute any part of the App without written permission.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these Terms. You may delete your account at any time by contacting us at hello@ownyourrecovery.app.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Tennessee. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Tennessee.
We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms. We will notify you of significant changes by email.
